A clear beaker holds a dark brown foamy liquid with sediment on a white lab surface.

Crude Methyl Ester (MEFA)

Crude fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) produced through the esterification of advanced feedstocks, primarily vegetable fatty acids. This intermediate product is further refined into the final advanced biofuel.

Glycerin

Glycerin is a substance with high added value and has a wide range of applications in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries. It is used both in its crude form and after refining, with both variants having significant commercial value.

We obtain glycerin from the G-phase – part of it is processed directly at our facility, while the remaining volume is sold to other customers.

G-Phase

The G-phase is a by-product generated during the production of fatty acid methyl esters. In our facility, the G-phase is split and separated into crude glycerin, fatty acids, and methanol.

Fatty Acids

A by-product generated during the refining of edible vegetable oils (through the splitting of soapstocks) or through the splitting of the glycerin phase. This raw material is processed and used for the production of crude advanced biofuel (biodiesel).

Methanol

Aqueous methanol generated during the production of fatty acid methyl esters is captured in our process and subsequently rectified into pure methanol, which we further utilize.

By-Product from Production

All residues generated during the production process are further utilized as feedstock for biogas plants, where they are energetically recovered and converted into renewable energy.
